Beauty in the Ordinary 8×10

This is a reproduction of a watercolor on canvas piece that I created from an image I took of a rooster at the Ararat Zoo at the Ark Encounter. When photographing several more exotic animals that day, I kept coming back to this rooster. God created them with striking features and so many creative details- I just had to paint him! Typically, we don’t slow down to appreciate the beauty in the ordinary- but my hope is that in this piece you will. God is so creative and wonderful to create such an ordinary creature in such and extraordinary way!
